Asquance Benchmark is based on a transparent exchange of information.
Steps:
- a Non Disclosure Agreement is signed between you and us
- you supply us with your product specification, samples, existing and planned monthly quantities, the identity of the current factory.
- we work as your purchasing and product development team, will bring the project to the step you prefer:

- we contract on this basis
Pricing method:
- We will be paid on your actual savings only. Actual means measured and undisputed. Savings means we only make money if you make money.
- We are consultants not agents, meaning that our fees are not a constant opaque drag on your financials, only a quick and transparent investment with eminently measurable ROI.
- Typically we are paid a percentage of your actual savings over a duration of a few months, after which you enjoy the full benefit of our hard work. If you go ahead with the new supplier we will be paid over the early months of mass production. If Benchmark allows you to renegotiate with current suppliers and you do not work with any of the suppliers we present, then we will be paid a percentage of the direct savings.
