ASEAN by bits
After news came from Vietnam and Brussels yesterday, Singapore in turn announced today that it is in talks with the EU for the signature of a free trade agreement.
The EU having decided for a bit by bit approach instead of ASEAN - EU talks, now the fun starts: who will be next to open negotiations?
