How to avoid bad surprises on arrival?

By checking quality before departure !

Asquance check product batch Quality according to your specifications, for example: safety norms, functional testing, appearances, retail and shipment packing, labeling, drop testing, etc.

Asquance check products in the factory; either during manufacturing, after production, or just before shipment loading. You define the place and time that suit you best. Inspection can be extensive, covering all the products in a batch, or based on statistical sampling. We follow your requirements and will be happy to provide advice if required.

We usually recommend the use of the AQL method. It helps to define sample size given a set statistical  risk and required confidence level (set in percentage), while also providing clear guidelines for handling the outcome.

The report and especially pictures provide a direct, visual, validation. Quality Check in the factory allows for the release of final payment only after you are satisfied with quality.

Should a problem be detected on inspection, it is nearly always faster and cheaper to correct it in the place of origin, where the equipment, skills and a web of suppliers are readily available.

Finally, the possibility of sending Asquance to check on site at very short notice brings you instant factory feedback… and keeps the manufacturer on best behaviour.
