With regards to Quality, special attention is paid to the handling of incoming materials, production and output rejects and the related corrective processes in the factory. While suppliers may insist that their materials and processes are perfect, strong control in this area can be a good indicator of overall performance, and is always a source of concern (theft, manufacturing of fakes based on rejected lots, etc).
Periodical re-audit is highly recommended.
