Quality Assurance: match product and factory processes

We audit the production site for you, then examine the fit of your product with the factory production process. We deliver on-site feedback of your comments following PP sample.

If you go ahead with the selected production site we then map critical checkpoints in production so that less time is spent by your team on daily error correction and downstream inspection. The Quality manual and downstream documentation are created from our best practices and your requirements.

Taking a broader measure we can also audit the factory's management systems. The audit can cover varying aspects of your industrial partner's certification, from Quality to Social and Environmental responsibility.

With regards to Quality audits, special attention is paid to the handling of incoming materials, production and output rejects and the related corrective processes in the factory. While suppliers may insist that their materials and processes are perfect, control levels in this area are always a good indicator of overall performance. This is also of interest for legal concerns (theft, manufacturing of counterfeits based on original rejected parts, etc).

Periodical re-audit is highly recommended.
