In-Factory Quality Control of goods.

Quality Control duration reflects two factors:

• Technical specifications, which decides the quantity and nature of checkpoints.
• Requested sample size. Sample size is decided in relation with production batch size, risk of defect and confidence level required. Several methods exist. We will be happy to work with your favorite, or to suggest a method if you prefer.

A report comprising data on all technical specifications of the product and lot data (quantity, packing, shipping method, etc) is sent to you within 12 hours of the control end.

Photographs are included for all visual checks. Conclusions are clearly stated, and corrective action suggested if necessary.
