Quality Control

We check the quality of your products on site.

Asquance inspect using a choice or combination of the following methods:

• materials visual checks
• materials lab testing
• in production line checks
• final check after at least 80% production is completed
• check against standards and certificate documentation
• container loading checks

Preparation

• We create a dedicated template based on your specifications for quantities, dimensions, artwork and colours, functions, packing, documentation, certifications, etc.

Clear, secure, online

• Reports are emailed immediately after validation and loaded on Asquance extranet.
• You receive your own individual, confidential and secure login.
• All reports can be retrieved from extranet at any time.
• We will also upload high resolution pictures of the inspection for you.

Transparent pricing

• We do not like opacity.
• Quality Control is priced by the half day (minimum order) or day.
• Our time calculations for QC duration are transparent and emailed to you with our quotation.

Time calculations are a function of two factors:

• Technical specifications, which decides the number and nature of checkpoints.
• Requested sample size. Sample size is decided in relation with production batch size, risk of defect and confidence level required. Many sampling methods exist, of which ISO 2859 (also known as AQL and MIL-STD 105E, described here)is the most commonly used. We will be happy to work with your favorite sampling method, or to suggest a method if you prefer.
